Project management division

The Project Management Division supports the development of our clients, Corporate and Investment Banks or Asset Managers, in their evolution or transformation projects.
The team, made up of consultants with expertise in Front-Office, Risk, Financial Management and Information Systems, is also skilled in project management.

In collaboration with the Consulting Division, this team responds to all phases of the project life cycle
life cycle:

• Framing and definition of functional roadmaps
• Development of schedules, budgets and KPIs
• Overall coordination and cross-functional communication
• Risk identification and associated remediation plans
• Organization and facilitation of governance bodies
