We intervene on Front-to-Back missions and on transversal functions for:

Secure clients’ operations against operational risk (Front-to-Back or transversal control missions)
Map and improve client processes (audit, inventory, recommendations)
Make sure that the client’s operations are not compromised by operational risk (front-to-back or cross-functional control missions)

Make clients’ results reliable (P&L control and explanation)
